Dale G. Lashbrook, CPA/PFS, CFP of Smiths Creek. Dale Lashbrook, founding partner of Lashbrook & Smalldon PC, graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Subsequently, he completed the Certified Financial Planner program through Wayne State University and earned the designation of Personal Financial Specialist from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Lashbrook is a past chairman of the Blue Water Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and has served several other community agencies and boards. He is currently a member of the board of the Blue Water Area Land Conservancy and serves on the Executive Committee of the Port Huron Power Squadron.

Richard C. Smalldon, CPA of Kimball. Richard joined Lashbrook & Smalldon as a principal in 1990. He is a graduate of Walsh College where he received his accounting degree. For the past twenty-five years he has been an adjunct accounting and business instructor at St. Clair County Community College. Past activities, among others, include serving on the Girl Scout Council, Director of the Port Huron HOG Chapter, Boy Scout Leader, and elder and deacon at First Presbyterian Church.
