Douglas R. Austin, J.D., CPA Douglas R. Austin, J.D., CPA, of Port Huron, one of the founding partners of the firm.  Doug Austin is a graduate of both the University of Michigan, where he received an accounting degree, as well as Wayne State University Law School, where he earned his juris docorate.  He has served on numerous community boards, including the Port Huron Area School Board, the Community Founation of St. Clair County, and the Port Huron Hospital Board.

Dale G. Lashbrook, CPA/PFS, CFP Dale G. Lashbrook, CPA/PFS, CFP of Smiths Creek. Dale Lashbrook, founding partner of Lashbrook & Smalldon, graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in accounting.  Subsequently, he completed the Certified Financial Planner program through Wayne State University and earned the designation of Personal Financial Specialist from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Lashbrook is a past chairman of the Blue Water Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and has served several other community agencies and boards.  He is currently a member of the board of the Blue Water Area Land Conservancy and serves on the Executive Committee of the Port Huron Power Squadron.

Donna M. Niester, CPA Donna M. Niester, CPA of Port Huron.  Donna has been with ANBF since 1978 and a principal since 1986.  She obtained her bachelor's degree from Walsh College.  She currently serves on the boards of Port Huron Hospital and Community Foundation of St. Clair County.  Niester is past president of Port Huron Golf Club and Quota Club.  She has served on the boards for Port Huron Estate Panning Council, Northwood University and Port Huron Hospital Foundation.  In 2001 the Girl Scout Council named her an honored Woman of Distinction.

Richard C. Smalldon Partner, CPA Richard C. Smalldon, CPA of Kimball.  Richard joined Lashbrook & Smalldon as a principal in 1990.  He is a graduate of Walsh College where he received his accounting degree.  For the past twenty-five years he has been an adjunct accounting and business instructor at St. Clair County Community College.  Past activities, among others, include serving on the Girl Scout Council, Director of the Port Huron HOG Chapter, Boy Scout Leader, and elder and deacon at First Presbyterian Church.
Linda L. Finnegan Partner, CPA Linda L. Finnegan, CPA, of Kimball.  Linda joined ANBF in 1996 and became a principal in 2001.  She received both her bachelor's degree in finance and master's degree in public accounting from Walsh College.  She serves on the committee for Port Huron Hospital Planned Giving and the St. Clair County Child Abuse and Neglect Council.  Past community activities, among others, include the lunch buddy program at Woodrow Wilson Elementary School and the Youth Advisory Committee of the Community Foundation of St. Clair County.
Laura L. Schweihofer Partner, CPA Laura L. Schweihofer, CPA, of St. Clair.  Laura came to ANBF in 1992 and became a principal in 2002.  She received her bachelor of accountancy from Michigan State University.  She serves on the board for St. John River District Hospital, Community Foundation of St. Clair County Development committee and is a member of the St. Clair Rotary.  Past activities, among others, include the American Red Cross Planned Giving Committee and the Estate Planning Council.
